How do you screen tenants?
Full background check, a magistrate court eviction search, income verification, and fraud checks on the paperwork. Our managing director reviews every single application personally before approval.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can cancel at any time, including the same day.
What does management cost?
One flat monthly fee with everything included, rather than a percentage of your rent the way most of the industry charges. We'll go through exactly what that looks like for your property when we speak.
I only have one property. Is that too small?
Not at all. Most of the owners we work with have exactly one, and many never planned on being landlords.
I've never rented a place out before. Can you help?
That's the most common situation we see. We'll walk you through the whole process.
I live out of state. Can you still manage it?
Yes. A good number of our owners are out of state; we handle everything on the ground in Atlanta.
Does the rental evaluation cost anything?
No, it's free and there's no obligation.
